Sibling Support Group

grief-support-1600x5001

The Sibling Support Group is focused on providing support to children/teens whose sibling struggles with intense fluctuating moods. The group will cover various sibling experiences, such as confusion, shame, worry, anger, and resentment. The group will seek to provide empathy and validation, while also providing children and teens with coping tools and self-care strategies.

To learn more about this group, please contact Jeni Brickman at 847-724-2620.
