What are your favorite activities with the kids you work with?
The multi-purpose room has been such a great resource for our kids and staff, especially during the winter season. It is an excellent stress reliever, energy booster and workout. The best part is that is fun and versatile.

Secondly, the art room has allowed for many of our children to be creative and expressive in non-traditional ways. Both boys and girls are comfortable and excited to utilize the extensive lists of activities available. It is rewarding because it allows the kids take pride in their work as it also allows adults to express appreciation.   

What is your favorite Youth Services Program?
My favorite programs at Youth Services are our Boys and Girls Club and Michael Todd Family Night. In these groups, the staff is truly able to work together as a team in guiding the children and families towards a cohesive community. We are able to model for them respect, teamwork and valuing individuality. The children and families are pleasant to work with as they are appreciative of the things we do together.
