Adolescent girls are very concerned about their looks. We know that when they think they look good, they feel good. Look Good Feel Good addresses this issue. Look Good Feel Good is a four week, eight session program that covers such topics as hair care, nail care, skin care, make-up, nutrition, exercise and choosing clothes that are right for one's body. The girls get manicures, hair cuts, make-up lessons, etc.
